Why Certify Your School?

Under Our School Yard Policy ACER can certify your school your school follows are protocols as set out in our manual. 

By becoming ACER certified, your school would have met the requirements of monitoring and documenting your work as outlined in the ACER certification process.  Not only that, our certification process ensures that your data meets our standards of quality control.  ACER recognizes your curriculum initiatives and thus ensures Our School Yard has successfully been incorporated into your schools.

Once you are certified, your school will receive a plaque outlining your achievements.  An audit must be completed in the first year then bi-annually to ensure your school is adhering to our quality standards and that continuous monitoring has occurred.  As well, ACER will input your data into our website as certified data.
